Made to Measure, Ready to Wear – ax|is fashion from K3 is a concept to consumer solution
K3 are pleased to announce the launch of ax|is fashion, their new solution for fashion and apparel. Built on Microsoft Dynamics for Retail, ax|is fashion has been further enhanced to meet the unique and exacting needs of this fast moving and trend-sensitive industry.
ax|is fashion is a concept-to-consumer solution that is made to measure, ready to wear. This flexible and scalable solution offers fashion and apparel retailers a tailored environment in which to gain insight and control over all processes and channels to market.
As a launch customer, Weird Fish have experienced the benefits of ax|is fashion first hand with a number of K3 fashion modules built into the core Dynamics for Retail platform. The individual vintage inspired, iconic clothing company is 60% wholesale based and also operates through multiple channels including retail stores, ecommerce and a growing number of concessions. Weird Fish wants to aid growth across all of its business channels with a seamless view of their business. Weird Fish, comments: “We chose K3 because of their experience in the retail sector and their ability to provide us with a single business model. All of our activity will be integrated from end-to-end and establish a solid foundation for growth. We are really excited about the official release of ax|is fashion and the future roadmap.”
One of the big differentiators with ax|is fashion is that it has been fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics for Retail. “We spent a lot of time and effort in creating a seamless, end-to-end solution that is really fit for fashion”, explains Russell Dorset, Managing Director, K3 Retail. “We saw the need for one solution that could work across all the elements in the value chain. So if you’re a wholesaler going direct to the consumer with a web shop or a brand owner requiring product management, wholesale and retail capabilities, ax|is fashion can support your requirements today, as well as cater to future growth and expansion plans”.
